Generated Content: The podcasts you generate and any comments you post are stored on our servers.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

- Public Content: Podcasts you generate on the free tier are publicly visible to other users. Premium users can create private podcasts.

- Firebase (Google): Authentication, database, and analytics
- Perplexity AI: Research and source discovery for podcast content
- Anthropic (Claude): Script generation for podcasts
- ElevenLabs: Voice synthesis for audio generation
Each of these services has their own privacy policies governing their use of data.
Your Data Rights
You have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal data
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data

Account Deletion
You can delete your account at any time through the app's Settings menu. When you delete your account:
- Your profile and authentication data are permanently removed
- All podcasts you created are deleted from our servers and the public feed
- All comments you posted are removed
- Your listening history and bookmarks are deleted
This action is immediate and irreversible.
Children's Privacy
Our Service is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
